In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

Access to and use of the sea789 Platform is conditional upon satisfying all eligibility requirements set out in this clause. sea789 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time.

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your Account remains active. sea789 operates a strict 21+ policy consistent with the social norms applicable to online gaming participation in Indonesia. Any Member found to be under 21 will have their Account suspended immediately and any balance forfeited pending investigation.

• Not an Employee or Associate: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of sea789 or any of its technology, payment, or game-supply partners.

To access sea789's full range of products — including sports betting, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slots, and e-sports — you must complete the registration process and maintain an account in good standing.

• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address. Providing false information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. sea789 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Two-Factor Authentication: sea789 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your account. Members who enable 2FA benefit from an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.
• KYC Verification: sea789 may require you to complete a KYC verification process at any time, including but not limited to: prior to your first withdrawal, when your cumulative deposit or withdrawal exceeds defined thresholds, or when account activity triggers a compliance review. Required documents may include a national ID card (KTP), driving licence (SIM), or passport.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting sea789 support via live chat or email. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated bank account or e-wallet after all pending wagers are settled, provided your account is in good standing and KYC is complete.

All monetary transactions on sea789 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). sea789 supports the following payment methods for Indonesian members:

• Same-Name Policy: The payment account used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the same full legal name as your sea789 account. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will be returned, less any applicable processing fees.

sea789 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page in addition to the general conditions set out in this clause.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time window will result in the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from them being removed from your Wallet.
• Welcome Bonus: The new member welcome bonus is available to each eligible person once only, on their first qualifying deposit. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus more than once — including through multiple accounts — constitute fraud and will result in account closure.
• Bonus Abuse: sea789 employs algorithmic and manual review to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets with Bonus Funds, systematically betting on outcomes with near-zero house edge to clear wagering requirements, and coordinated multi-account bonus exploitation. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses forfeited and may be permanently suspended.
• Promotional Changes: sea789 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional terms published at the time of a Member's opt-in constitute the binding terms for that specific promotional instance.
• Seasonal Promotions: sea789 runs special promotions during Indonesian public holidays and cultural periods including Idul Fitri (Lebaran), Ramadhan, Nyepi, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Terms for seasonal promotions are published separately and supersede standard bonus terms where they conflict.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at sea789's absolute discretion. sea789 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager at any time, including in circumstances where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect price being displayed.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits are product-specific and are displayed at the point of bet placement. sea789 may revise stake limits for individual Members based on account history, risk profiling, or operational requirements.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if the underlying event is cancelled, postponed beyond a defined threshold, or if the result cannot be determined. Void bets are refunded in full to the Member's Wallet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sea789 Platform. Breach of any of the following will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sea789 staff or other Members through any communication channel provided by the Platform.

All content on the sea789 Platform — including but not limited to the sea789 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, odds feeds, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of sea789 or its licensed partners and is protected under applicable international intellectual property law.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without sea789's prior written consent.
